Request Beta Access
Visit referralcatch.com and click the Join Beta button. Fill out the short form with your name, email, and practice information.
Check Your Email
After submitting, you will receive a beta invite email from ReferralCatch. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
The invite link expires after 48 hours. If it expires, contact support@referralcatch.com to request a new one.
Create Your Account
Click the Accept Invitation link in the email. You’ll be taken to the account setup page where you’ll:
- Set your password
- Enter your practice name
- Select your role — General Dentist or Specialist
Set Up Your Practice Profile
Once logged in, complete your practice profile:
- Practice name and address
- Phone number
- Specialty (for specialists)
- Logo (optional)
