# How to Join the Beta

## Step-by-Step Walkthrough

<Steps>
  <Step title="Request Beta Access">
    Visit [referralcatch.com](https://referralcatch.com) and click the **Join Beta** button. Fill out the short form with your name, email, and practice information.

  <Step title="Check Your Email">
    After submitting, you will receive a beta invite email from ReferralCatch. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

    <Note>
      The invite link expires after 48 hours. If it expires, contact [info@referralcatch.com](mailto:info@referralcatch.com) to request a new one.
    </Note>

  <Step title="Create Your Account">
    Click the **Accept Invitation** link in the email. You'll be taken to the account setup page where you'll:

    * Set your password
    * Enter your practice name
    * Select your role — **General Dentist** or **Specialist**

  <Step title="Set Up Your Practice Profile">
    Once logged in, complete your practice profile:

    * Practice name and address
    * Phone number
    * Specialty (for specialists)
    * Logo (optional)

    This information is shown to other practices when you send or receive referrals.

  <Step title="Send or Receive Your First Referral">
    You're ready to go. Depending on your role:
